We raise delicious, high-quality, nutrient-dense proteins directly on pasture. We believe that it is fundamental to a healthy body, community, and planet to raise food sources in an ethically, ecologically, and emotionally sustainable way.
Our mission is to mimic God's design for Creation through regenerative agricultural practices, which we believe involves providing nutrition for all life--from earthworms, beetles, and soil microbes, to the food sources that we eat--from roots to boots.
We raise animals on pasture, and rotate them frequently to fresh, new paddocks. We are proud members of APPPA, the Spanish Goat Association, and the Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association. We hope to engage with the greater North Texas community by providing clean, healing foods, a family-friendly environment, and opportunities to educate the community on where their food comes from, how it gets from gate to plate, various farming methods, and why this one works best for us. Most importantly, we desire to instill in our children a strong work ethic, an appreciation for where their food comes from and the importance of knowing how it was raised, and to sow deep into our kids a raw and passionate love of our Creator and His whole Creation.
